Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight and/or volume of the order.

Mainland Portugal

Orders are shipped via CTT EMS.

Estimated delivery: next working day after dispatch, before 7:00 PM.

Free shipping is available for online orders with a value exceeding €50 and weighing up to 25 kg.

Portugal Islands

For deliveries to Madeira and the Azores, shipping costs are calculated based on volume rather than total order weight.

Customers may choose between the following services:

  • Azores: 2–14 working days

EMS48

  • Madeira: 5–7 working days
  • Azores: 6–15 working days

Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.

Revocation of the Consumer Contract

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

These terms apply only to consumer orders. Orders placed on behalf of a business or organisation are subject to separate business terms and conditions.

Returns

  • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our support area or customer service channels.
  • Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided they meet the applicable return conditions.
  • If you are considering a return, please handle the goods and their packaging with care.
  • Once your return request has been submitted and approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete the return process.
  • Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through our support area or other available customer service channels before the withdrawal period expires.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Warranty Claims

Products that become defective after the withdrawal period may be submitted for repair, replacement, or other remedies available under the applicable legal warranty.

Warranty claims can be initiated through our support area or at one of our stores.

When submitting a warranty request, customers may be required to provide:

  • The affected product(s)
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs where applicable
  • Collection address and contact details, if collection service is requested

Customers may monitor the status of warranty requests through the support area until the process is concluded.
